This space, located in Madrid's Golden Mile, is spread over two floors and brings together David Muñoz (StreetXO), Roberto Ruiz (Cascabel) and Jordi Roca (Rocambolesc). Furthermore, El Corte Inglés also offers its own gastronomic offerings in its gastrobar experience.
The sixth floor offers gourmet products to customers to sample and buy. Covering an area of 350 square metres, it encompasses a large wine section with the finest wines and champagnes, also including an uncorking service, as well as a huge gastrobar experience designed to showcase the best showcooking. As in all Gourmet Experience venues, customers can also sample and buy the most delicious and suggestive offerings on the market: cheese, preserves, chocolate, and food from around the world. The sixth-floor is also home to a permanent gift a la carte area, where customers can put together a bespoke gift, choosing their favourite products and how they would like them presented (tray, wooden box, wicker hamper...) combining elements as they please.
The seventh floor is occupied by three internationally renowned chefs: David Muñoz, who has transferred his StreetXO concept from Gourmet Experience de Callao; Roberto Ruiz, with Cascabel, and Jordi Roca, with Rocambolesc. Together they boast seven Michelin stars.
The architectural gem of this seventh floor is a 100 square metre terrace with spectacular views over Madrid's Golden Mile, heated with outdoor heaters.
