Since the doors of this bakery opened in 1933, the Arranz family, currently in its third generation of bakers, have run this business that specializes in artisanal elaboration of croissants, brioches, bavaroise or pastries such as raspberry or cream mille feuille.
The star dessert in the store is the Spanish Christmas cake which is prepared all year round, except during the summer months. Among their special cakes we can highlight the Sacher cake of Austrian origin, accompanied by various types of jams and personalized cakes. As well as the array of desserts, they also offer savory pastries such as filled pastry or half moon pastries filled with ham, sausage or black pudding, volauvents and individual snacks such as beef pastries, hake pastries or spinach empanadas.
It is a small, old-fashioned store where, apart from the counter, there is a small bar when you can have a coffee accompanied by one of their products. They also offer a catering service.
