A different approach to making sandwiches. Customers can choose from different types of bread (always farmhouse style made using organic flour) and a series of original fillings made with carefully chosen ingredients. These are real signature sandwiches, a far cry from the typical cheese or ham sandwiches found elsewhere.
Crumb is in the Conde Duque district and serves a selection of gourmet sandwiches with fillings that include chicken provençal with guacamole, lamb's lettuce and garlic mayonnaise, or pork cheeks with tetilla cheese and green beans. The concept was developed by Raúl Martín, a former publicity agent who decided to devote his energy to catering, joining forces with his wife and business partner Isabel Espartosa, and Israeli chef Itamar Taub.
