Essentially Peruvian cuisine with creative touches and a menu designed by Peruvian chef Omar Malpartida. The food is designed to share in a comfortable and carefree space.
Malpartida has created a fairly short menu where traditional specialities dominate albeit with a few contemporary twists. Dishes that span all styles of Peruvian cooking: nikkei (fusing Japanese and Peruvian cuisine), Creole, Chifa (fusing Peruvian and Cantonese cuisine), and the popular ceviches. Tiraditos, causas (layered potato dish), ceviches, chifa (Chinese style rice), rice dishes, lomo saltado (meat and vegetable stir fry), ají de gallina (chicken stew), carapulcra (pork and potato stew) and authentic Peruvian anticuchos (beef heart) are the foundations of this culinary proposal.
Tiradito is also Spain's first Pisco bar, serving a variety of cocktails made using Pisco brandy, also created by Omar Malpartida.
