It offers traditional cuisine that has been revamped in terms of flavour, textures and impeccable presentation. Quality food based on ingredients and seasonal produce from the rich Spanish pantry, awarded a Michelin star in 2015. It has two types of menu and two different zones in a clean, bright and sober space.
The restaurant manager is Jorge Dávila (Piñera). Together with him, José María Marrón (ex de Balzac) as maitre d’ and in the kitchen Raúl Prior, the previous chef, David García’s right hand.
