    • 3 - 4pm:             Awarding of Tourism Accolades - CEAV 2020 (Spanish Confederation of Travel Agencies)
    • 4 - 4:20pm:        The Inclusive Camino de Santiago (Way of St. James) from Madrid.

    • 5 - 6pm:             Presentation of the Madrid Acoge and the Hermestur Awards
