If you've just arrived in Madrid and you don't know where to start your tour of the city, let us give you some advice. Maybe you want to find out which bus to catch for the Prado Museum, what paintings can't be missed, where to eat a calamari sandwich or what park you can take a break in. Or maybe you’re wondering where the Fallen Angel statue is so you can snap a selfie and share it with your friends.

Being connected is essential, which is why we offer a service that will make things easy for you during your stay in Madrid. You just need to drop into the Plaza Mayor Tourist Information Centre and request one of the following devices free of charge; they come with a flat-rate SIM card that includes data and calls.

- Tablet: Samsung Galaxy S2 9.7 SM-T815 32 GB

- Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 SM-N910F 32 GB

- Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920F 32 GB

There's no excuse not to do it! Each device comes loaded with applications (Welcome to Madrid, The Essential Art Walk, Madrid in 5D, etc.) as well as practical audio guides which will be of great assistance in helping you to get around the city and discover its secrets. You'll be able to move around at your own pace right up until you return the device, which must be done at the same point you collected it. And there's another advantage: if you want you can set up your own personal email and install as many applications as you like, because once you return the device its factory settings will be re-established and all personal information will be erased.
