Enjoy the city in a healthy and environmentally friendly way. When you’re biking, you can enjoy the great outdoors, get some exercise, and see the city at your own pace. In Madrid, there are several places where you can hire a bike or join a guided cycling tour. In addition to the capital’s BiciMAD service, there are various bike hire companies, mainly located close to large parks and tourist spots. Moreover, through the Madrid 360 initiative, which incorporates BiciMAD, the city reaffirms its commitment to sustainability and improving environmental protection.
BiciMAD offers a comprehensive service with electric bikes. Practical, simple, and sustainable, it has more than 3000 bikes available for hire and around 258 docking stations that technology enabled. You can sign up as an annual subscriber or as an occasional user, at the docking station totem, where you will be given a 1, 3 or 5-day pass, and you will be billed at the end of the selected period depending on the use of the service.

In addition to this municipal service, there is also the app Mobike (Apple Store / Google Play).
