CÍRCULO DE BELLAS ARTESPerformers: Marc Mommaas, saxophone; Nikolaj Hess, piano; Jay Anderson, bass; Tony Moreno, drums
This New York-based Dutch saxophonist returns to Madrid with one of his musical projects, the Global Motion band, with which he performs his own compositions that exude emotion and warmth, ranging from the most energetic beats to more lyrical, laid-back rhythms. The connection between performers is intense and their music is refreshing, spiritual and full of surprises.
The Dutch Jazz Weekend is organized by the Carlos de Amberes Foundation with the participation of: Veranos de la Villa (Summers in the City) Festival, the Dutch Fund for the Performing Arts, the Embassy of the Netherlands, the Music Center for the Netherlands (MCN), Unicaja, Kalam, Jazz Círculo, Sala Clamores and Escuela de Música Creativa.
