Escuela de Música CreativaPerformers: Marc Mommaas and Nikolaj Hess
Hands-on class given by the Dutch musician Marc Mommas (saxophonist) and the Danish pianist Nikolaj Hess that will work on different aspects related to jazz: harmonic and melodic improvisation and composition, rhythms, interaction and the concept of "playing in the moment" are just a few.
The Dutch Jazz Weekend is organized by the Carlos de Amberes Foundation with the participation of: Veranos de la Villa (Summers in the City) Festival, the Dutch Fund for the Performing Arts, the Embassy of the Netherlands, the Music Center for the Netherlands (MCN), Unicaja, Kalam, Jazz Círculo, Sala Clamores and Escuela de Música Creativa.
