Green

From the Royal Botanical Gardens, a beam of green light floods some of the busiest streets in Madrid's historic center, thus amplifying the effect of the Injertos lumínicos (Luminous Grafts) created by Luzinterruptus amidst the trees and plants of the gardens on Paseo del Prado, and inviting people to reflect on the green zones in our cities.

The effect is achieved thanks to countless green tulips hung over streetlights at various points like lampshades. These tulips transform the city and create a more intimate, almost domestic atmosphere in which citizens can enjoy the various activities of La noche en blanco that take place in a particularly warm and cozy Madrid.
