A culinary experience with Jaime Renedo, based on the book by Jose María Escudero “Cocinandola Historia” (Ed.La Librería). An Oriental-style fusion of traditionalMadriddishes: "alboronía" (eggplants, tomatoes, peppers and pumpkin), "olla podrida" (pork and bean casserole), "soldaditos de Pavía" (battered cod fingers with red pepper) and "buñuelos" (fritters).
