Words evoke the history of cooking

 

Recently we have witnessed a proliferation of publications about cooking and cuisine as a response to an ever growing interest in all things to do with food. A few of these works are already genuine gems, while others will become so over time. This is the way it has always been, if we look back through our history. Many of these literary treasures have been rediscovered for our Gastrofestival.
