Organised by the Civil Air Navigation Services Organization (CANSO) in association with the Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA), the World ATM Congress is the biggest air navigation event that brings together executives and technicians from the sector.
Among the industry leaders participating in this worldwide event, international organisations such as the IATA (International Air Transport Association) and the ACI (Airports Council International); cutting edge companies in the manufacture of aeroplanes and air navigation systems, such as Airbus, Boeing or Lockheed Martin; experts and opinion leaders can be highlighted. The Spanish aeronautical sector is also represented at this event with companies like INDRA Sistemas or AENA.
Madrid's commitment as the host of a worldwide event of this nature is the result of the efforts and hard work of public and private organisations in the Madrid tourist sector in recent years. A good example of how the city is continuing to shore up its status as a leading destination for business tourism is that it will once again be hosting this event this event until 2022.
