The Finnish vocalist and former lead singer of Nightwish, Tarja Turunen, presents her latest album, The Shadow Self on a European tour that bring her to Spain to the delight of her fans.
The Finnish soprano, Tarja Turunen (Kitee, Finland, 1977) will release her latest album this year, The Shadow Self, produced by earMUSIC. For this reason, the former lead singer of Nightwish has announced dates for its presentation in Spain as part of her The Shadow Shows European tour.
Tarja Soile Susanna Turunen Cabuli, better known as Tarja Turunen, was the lead singer of Nightwish for nine years until 2005, with which she released five albums. Since then, the soprano has continued her career in the music world, as a solo artist.
Since she embarked upon her new project, she has released five albums: Henkäys Ikuisuudesta (2006), My Winter Storm (2007), What Lies Beneath (2010), Colours In the Dark (2013) and Ave María- En Plein Air (2015).
Although, to date, she has only confirmed three dates in Spain, she will also perform at the Rock Legends Festival in Alicante, where she is bound to offer a preview of her latest work.
