Shiraz Lane is the young band from Finland that is winning over hard rock critics left, right, and centre. They will be playing in Madrid as part of their new tour to promote their debut album, For Crying Out Loud.
In 2011, in cold Finland, a group of five young musicians decided to form a hard rock band, in the trashy style of Guns N' Roses. They began by releasing several EPs, and in 2015 they entered the Metal Battle, winning the Finnish national final but not the world final. But this would appear to be enough for a band that is blazing a trail wherever they go with their energetic invigorated proposal.
The band is made up of experienced 20-somethings, who are destined to set a musical precedent around the world. And that appears to be the aim of the debut album they are presenting next year: For Crying Out Loud. A pure hard rock album. With heavy guitars, powerful melodies, and the impressive vocals of Hannes Kett, the group's lead singer.
