CentroCentro presents this exhibition which reviews the work of the leading European contemporary comic and illustration groups, their ties, influences and the exchange dynamics between them.
The comic is one of the most stylized and refined means of communication and is the most natural of all. Like in other artistic disciplines, the comic has evolved and taken qualitative leaps thanks to the promotion of small groups of authors who move in the avant-garde field.
The exhibition includes the participation of several Spanish and European groups: Me da la riso (Barcelona); Zángano Cómics / Gutter Fest (Barcelona); Apa Apa (Barcelona); Cero eficacia (Caceres); Ultrarradio (Madrid); Tik tok (Madrid); Ruja Books / Yes Yes and No (Madrid); Liceo mutante (Pontevedra); Ediciones valientes / Tenderete (Valencia); Polen (Valencia); Inefable Tebeos (Valencia); Fosfatina / No tengo mamá (Vigo); Spring (Germany), Tonto (Austria), Stripburger (Slovenia), Kutikuti (Finland), Lagon, Misma (France), Frémok (Belgium), Actus Comix (Israel), Crack / La bagarre (Italy); kuš! (Latvia); Dongery (Norway); Mould Map (United Kingdom) and Matrijarsija (Serbia).
