This exhibition space, located on the third floor of CentroCentro at the Cibeles Palace, hosts exhibitions that deal with the trends, themes and concerns of contemporary design. It is commissioned by the art journalist and historian, Ana Domínguez Siemens.
Among other design concepts, D-Espacio deals with everything from sustainable design to open design, as well as social design, 3D printing, the designer’s vision as producer or opposition between large and small brands.
Ana Domínguez, its curator, is a Graduate in History of Art from the Complutense University of Madrid and has carried out studies into the history of design at Sotheby’s and at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
