In the Salón de Columnas room of Casa de la Panadería, a building in the popular Plaza Mayor square, you'll find a state-of-the-art tourist information centre, open 365 days a year, from 9am to 8pm. The friendly staff can offer helpful advice, in many languages, on how to make the most of your stay in the city.

- Ticket sales: there is a ticket sales point for the Teatro Circo Price, Teatro Español, Fernán Gomez Cultural Centre and Naves del Español en Matadero. The opening hours are from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10:30am to 2:30pm and from 4:30pm to 8pm. The ticket office is closed on Mondays, 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January.
