Mamá Framboise is a French-style pastry shop created by Alejandro Montes, a prestigious pastry chef with the awards of Best Young Pastry Chef in Spain (CANJOP 2006) and Best Master Chocolatier in Spain (MMACE 2007), among others.
It is a tea room with Provencal decoration and its own workshop where French pastries, sponge cakes, biscuits and traditional cakes are made, as well as "shots", portions in small glasses. It also offers a selection of breads and savory dishes such as sandwiches, quiches or salads.
For drinks, we can also find hot chocolate, natural fruit smoothies, wines and liqueurs. Also, they prepare special products depending on the season, such as nougat or Mona de Pascua Easter cakes, as well as their specialties, "kouglof" and "grignotines".
All of the products are prepared in the traditional manner with natural ingredients and can be packaged to take home. The services also include catering for different types of events and direct sales of gourmet products such as olive oil, preserves or wines.
