An open, white space with minimalist decoration mainly devoted to bread but where breakfast, lunch and tea are also available. Although the coffee is excellent, the important thing here is the bread, which is made with natural dough and organic flour.
The slowly fermented bread has a spongy texture, crisp crust and a slightly sour taste. Production is practically non-stop and customers can see how each batch is baked. The shop's specialities include country bread, round loaves, rye bread with honey, five-grain bread, the traditional baguette, and spelt flour loaves. As well as bread, a range of buns, cakes and sweet pastries is available.
The shop has tables for customers to enjoy an informal meal: salads (couscous nuts and parmesan; chicken and pasta), rolls (roast beef, vegetarian, anchovies, curried chicken, Iberian ham), and sandwiches (vegetarian, tuna, ham and cheese) are among the items available. Breakfast and tea are especially popular; customers can enjoy freshly squeezed orange juice, toast with olive oil or butter and jam, and pastries.
