This is a restaurant for strict vegans, vegetarians and even meat eaters ready to try some experimental and very different cooking. On the menu you will find dishes made with soya, seitan or vegetables, but made to look like sausages, cheese or fish. Here they cook using tofu, soy, vegetable pigments, seaweed, and many other ingredients, and the dishes are garnished with seeds, flowers and sprouts.
There are also dishes for those who prefer more conventional cuisine, such as organic broken free-range fried eggs and porcini cannelloni. For dessert, you can choose from homemade yoghurts with delicious flavours one rarely comes across these days.
