Its cuisine is ecological and vegetarian and, although the inspiration is mainly South American, it includes recipes and ingredients from other continents. Emphasising respect for life and the environment, it uses ingredients whose growth has not been accelerated with chemical products.
The menu is divided into starters (croquettes, grilled mushrooms, soups, stews, etc.), rice dishes, including paella, mains such as moussaka, vegetable lasagne, seitan steaks and arepas (patties made of maize flour with different fillings), salads and desserts. Drinks include wine, champagne, cava, beer, juices and herbal teas, all ecological. Set menus are prepared each day to be eaten in the restaurant's own colourful and welcoming premises (it is in a 400-year old building with walls a metre thick) or taken home, in which case there is a 10% discount on the full price.
As well as ecological cuisine at affordable prices, the owners of Yatiri have created a meeting place for the yatiri we carry inside us, the master or guide of our own existence. To do this they have made a room available in the restaurant for therapeutic, spiritual and cultural activities such as yoga, meditation, bio-dance and a book forum.
