Located in the heart of the Literary Quarter, the restaurant Villa Paramesa promises to be one of the great breakthroughs of 2015. Its chef, José Ignacio Castrodeza and his restaurant in Valladolid, won the prize for the best Gastrobar at Madrid Fusion in 2014. Villa Paramesa Prado offers a culinary offering where creativity is the main attraction of this modern restaurant, which serves outstanding tapas such as free-range chicken cannelloni, chargrilled octopus with calçots, stew croquettes with cabbage leaves and a cloud of paprika, red prawn cornet and its famous sardine ceviche with kombu seaweed and black garlic.
As well as tapas, you can sample grand dishes such as cod cheeks, leeks and Padrón peppers, beef sweetbreads with artichokes or confit pork shank. The menu also features a good selection of wines and cheeses.
