Intimate ambience and informal cuisine based on quality raw materials. This is a project by three chefs, who have settled in the Literary Quarter, with an offering that has won followers.
They structure their offering around three menus: "A Triciclo ride" consists of gastro-style dishes, that is, dishes that are more elaborate, but reminiscent of traditional, home-made flavours; "A Triciclo journey" is an adventure into flavours and textures from other parts of the planet, for the more daring and adventurous, who like to experiment in their meals; "From the market to Triciclo" brings out the flavours of fresh, natural products, with minimal cooking, so as to avoid modifying their natural flavours.
For those who want to try a range of suggestions at Triciclo, you can order half or one-third portions, so you can sample more dishes from the menu.
The restaurant also has three different areas to enjoy its food: the bar, where you can have a more informal tapa; a reserved area for a maximum of 12 diners, and a larger dining room.
