Next to Paseo de Recoleteos, this tavern serves what Santiago Pedraza and Carmen Carro have to offer. Revamped traditional cuisine can be savoured here, prepared with the finest produce. Opened in 2014 in another establishment in the Retiro area, now in Pedraza, there is also stew from "Carmen Casa de Cocidos’, and Mediterranean cuisine from "La Santpere".
The establishment spans over more than 500 m2 and is divided into several floors. It has three lounges and a bar on street level.
Awarded 1 Sun by the Repsol Guide, Taberna Pedraza has a menu whose dishes pay tribute to our culinary tradition, prepared with ingredients from the best suppliers, such as meat from Discarlux, cheeses from Poncelet, as well as anchovies from Sanfilipo or sardines from La Góndola. The speciality dish is Spanish omelette, for which it boasts a marker to indicate how many have been made.
Its wine cellar boasts a wide selection of classic and young wines, among which Ribera Sacra, Jerez, Somontano, Rioja, Verdejo, Albariño or Ribera del Duero stand out.
