Japanese-inspired restaurant and bar, brother of Shikku Lagasca. On the first floor, you'll find the restaurant dining room, where you can enjoy fusion-cuisine based on Japanese tradition, with dishes such as Argentinian-barbecued nigiri with chimichurri, crispy rice with bull conserve, different varieties of sushi and sashimi and butterfish. It also offers choices from the robata grill or Japanese charcoal barbecue. Dishes produced using this technique include yakitori chicken skewers, ox loin (wagyu) and ras-al-hanout or tsubu-miso spiced pork chops. The restaurant also has a sushi bar with space for ten diners.
On the second floor, you'll find the cocktail & lounge bar, an informal space presided over by a bar offering cocktails from a menu with 25 choices, created by David González, who came fifth in the 2011 world bartender championships. Choices include classic western cocktails like the Bloody Mary and the Cosmopolitan, but there are also traditional Japanese options like the Japanese Sleeper and the Suntori, and others of his own invention, including the Saiquiriña and the Sol Naciente. Alongside these, there are dozens of premium wines, as well as sakes, sochu and Japanese malts, not to forget a sushi bar with a similar menu to the one offered by the restaurant on the first floor.
The teppan yaki is also located on this floor, a private space for 12 people, where a master chef cooks the food on a hot plate before the eyes of the diners seated around it.
