Taste, smell and color. These are the three words that define Saporem, in the Literary quarter. A "restobar" that is presented as cosmopolitan and creative, with varied dishes that combine quality products and reasonable prices.
The Saporem menu combines traditional dishes, such as Spanish omelet with caramelized onion, salmorejo or grilled octopus with more international flavors such as leek cocotte or tuna, strawberry and cucumber tataki. Fish and meat have special importance in the offer, as can be seen in the salmon and broccoli tartar, the ceviche of noble fish, the steak tartar (mild or spicy) in the classical style and the irresistible Brooklyn Burger, with beef, ox, bacon, cheddar cheese and homemade barbecue sauce.
The greatest treasure of Saporem is the terrace. An extension of the elegant interior that is the stage for all types of events: dinners with live music from Wednesday to Sunday, pop up markets, presentations... The space, measuring over 100m2, is also the perfect place to have brunch on weekends or to finish your dinner at the cocktail bar with a perfect served gin tonic.
