The restaurant Sake Dining is one of the more innovative proposals on the capital's Japanese restaurant circuit. Decorated in wood, it is divided into small, partitioned areas making it an ideal place for romantic dinners. The menu is very interesting and offers superb value for money.
As well as classical Japanese dishes, they also serve cuisine that goes well beyond traditional Japanese food. They boast a spectacular sake list, dry or sweet, hot or cold, to introduce customers to Japan's national beverage.
The most interesting options on the menu are the fresh quingombó (okra) salad with sesame seeds, an unexpected but perfect eel tempura, delicious toasted salmon loin niguiri sushi, slightly creamy chicken and leek rice and slices of grilled Iberian pork loin with yuzu pepper. Finish it off with green tea ice-cream or soy flan with black sesame.
