In addition to the Colección Cibeles café-restaurant, Madrid City Hall also boasts the Palacio de Cibeles restaurant, an elegant space on the sixth floor with magnificent views of the surrounding area from its position 70 metres above street level. With seating for 92 in the dining room and 120 on the two terraces, one for dining and the other designated as a bar, the restaurant is run by the Adolfo chain, from chef Adolfo Muñoz (Gold Medal for Merit in Tourism, 2009). With functional décor, the menu combines modern with traditional, with many nods to the cuisine of La Mancha, the home region of its chef, Adolfo Muñoz. A highlight is the wine list, with over 150 different wines to choose from.
