This small restaurant, located in the heart of Malasaña, specialises in traditional Galician cuisine with a few Latin American and Asian touches.
The concise menu at Navaja includes fried fish and seafood such as razor clams, their star dish, reinvented with a Peruvian twist, mixing flavours such as peanut, ginger, tiger's milk (citrus marinade) and chilli. Other recommendations include their buns - mini Chinese steamed buns, with varieties including Iberian pork - sea bass and octopus ceviche, tuna tataki with Padron peppers, and aji amarillo chilli tiradito.
