Restaurant serving traditional Spanish dishes, with quick service and only a stone's throw from the Glorieta de Bilbao roundabout. The dishes are made daily, using the freshest market produce and with the utmost care taken to follow traditional recipes and techniques. There is no menu, but rather the waiters tell the diners what the dishes of the day are.
The kitchen is run by masterchef Javier Igartua, a great Basque chef, committed to traditional flavours and one of the few people capable of turning a plate of potatoes and borage leaves into a uniquely exquisite dish. This busy restaurant has a warm, friendly atmosphere where you can enjoy good food and a chat, or even do business.
