Located in the heart of the capital’s financial district, the managers of Ikono do not want to limit eating to simply sampling dishes, but rather they want it to become an entire experience. In a modernist atmosphere, its international signature dishes are merged to stimulate the five senses and above all, the imagination.
At Ikono, such eye-catching dishes as seasonal wild mushrooms cooked in diverse ways with ecological egg yolk and steamed in holm oak or the sea bed, a rock of monkfish and coral consommé that are finished off at the diner’s table, seeking to build a close relationship with clients. In this respect, it is common to see the chef chatting and presenting the dishes, and the team of bar staff preparing cocktails or premium gin tonics in front of the client.
