Behind an ancestral doorway, in the district of Chamberí, we find this restaurant split into several areas, blending gastronomy, creativity, and nightlife.
Random is spread over three floors and has three main areas: one in the courtyard right by the entrance, with its own bar, called The Garden, and two more on the upper floor, with a bistro and a larger dining room with a private area. The basement also houses a private club called Anónimo, which you need a password to get into. It serves cocktails designed and made by Doru Timoce.
Random serves international cuisine created by the prestigious chefs Dani Rodríguez and Juan Rioja, who serve dishes such as Atlantic halibut tartar and fried baby squid with mustard and sumac dressing, white beans with cod tripe and clams, and squid cooked with onions and served with cream of field peas.
