This restaurant is inside the Palacio de la Misión, a building constructed in the style of a palace from Extremadura, which is the perfect setting for one of the restaurants that is passionately committed to market cuisine and particularly to rice dishes. It has an intimate and relaxed atmosphere in the dining room.
In addition to the traditional paella from Valencia, prepared with duck, it also serves other types of dry and fluffy rice, such as Huertano, with natural vegetables, Señorito Madrileño, with squid and A Banda, which is made entirely of rice.
