So the basis of what O´Grelo provides is to do with the meticulous selection of fish, meats and shellfish. Here they work mainly with fish and shellfish from Burela, an important fishing port on the Cantabrian Sea. The restaurant’s star dish is its tuna and hake roll with sea urchin sauce. Rice with lobster also figures amongst its favourite dishes, along with zamburiñas (scallops), shellfish croquettes, xoubas (small pilchards) with Padron peppers (a variety of pepper from Galicia), octopus and more. And lastly, their homemade desserts deserve a mention, which have to include filloas (Galician pancakes).
