Located in the area of Las Salesas, this Argentine restaurant offers simple cuisine made using outstanding ingredients and cuts of authentic meat imported from Argentina.
The owners of this restaurant, Marcela Michaux and Ariel Sigal, have over 25 years' experience in the restaurant business, working in Barcelona, Buenos Aires and Baqueira, and they have brought all this experience to their restaurant in Madrid, where they serve imported meats such as beef and dishes such as foie gras in millefeuille pastry with cashews, mandarin and blueberries, Creole pasties, and their dulce de leche dessert with cream.
