This culinary space, located in the mezzanine of the Ramses restaurant, offers diners a surprising culinary experience thanks to the work of chef, Alex Moranda, who, with over twenty years experience, has developed the Japanese cuisine of the 21st century at Natsuki.
Natsuki’s cuisine is characterised by its combination of products and creative dish techniques, as well as ingredients from other countries, to offer a daring culinary journey. Among its recommended dishes, the sushi pizza stands out as a clear example of cultural fusion, along with tuna belly tartar, caviar and garlic chips or lightly fried tiger prawns in a spicy sauce and shitake.
The establishment has been decorated by the well-known interior designer, Philippe Starck, who combines the “Superflat” style (post-modern artistic movement founded by Takashi Murakami, which is influenced by manga and anime) with traditional Japanese elements.
