A traditional restaurant, like those we have always known, with familiar flavours and homely recipes. The menu, prepared by Justo Rodríguez, is short but concentrates on quality products which are in season: game, seasonal vegetables and freshly gathered mushrooms. There are also various hearty options in winter, while the restaurant's specially prepared tripe is available throughout the year. All the dishes are cooked with great care and combine traditional favourites with modern touches.They include tuna tartare, scallop medallion on pumpkin purée, and pork sirloin carpaccio with mustard sauce. But Justo Rodrigo really excels when it comes to desserts, for example in the restaurant's home-made ice creams (flavours include coffee and cheese with almond cream). The restaurant has a good wine list with a selection of Spanish and international wines.
