Vicente Lorente, hospitality entrepreneur, who set up the restaurant Kitchen Stories and the restaurants of hotel chain Room Mate, manages this establishment, whose raw ingredients are supplied by butcher Imanol Jaca, supplier to Arzak. The quality products include hamburgers, steak tartare and other cuts, always served accompanied by a large portion of chips. If a member of your party doesn't want to eat meat, there are other options, like anchovies, peppers stuffed with San-Sebastian crab and Basque vegetables.
