All the salads are made with Raf tomatoes and noteworthy amongst them is the white tuna belly salad with chives and tomatoes. As regards hot dishes, you can enjoy a magnificent pisto manchego (La Mancha style ratatouille), lomo de orza (typical pork dish) and more. There are also some fantastic canapés and rolls called flautines that are always appealing. For breakfast, they use one of the best coffees in the world, Illy, accompanied by the best bread with tomato and extra virgin olive oil, and not to forget the possibility of starting the day with acorn-fed ham mini-rolls and pulguitas.
