The restaurant boasts the extensive culinary experience of a team led by Manuel Prats, head chef at Hotel Miguel Ángel for over 30 years. There is the option of choosing a la carte at night or one of its Unique Menus at lunchtime.
The chef’s recommendations include the foie-gras and pistachio chocolates with a touch of mango, crunchy seafood pizza, lobster with vegetables and mousse, steak tartar dotted with anchovies and the Tangarine Crème Brule with Meringue Milk Ice-cream.
