Through Luzi Bombón, the Tragaluz Group (Bar Tomate, Omm, Moo, etc.) offers a brasserie where you can enjoy flame-grilled meat, fish and rice dishes. To accompany its mains, the menu includes a series of aperitifs, such as sweet and sour aubergines with ginger, Aligot, a fondue-like dish based on potatoes and truffles, and flame-grilled green asparagus with mimolette cheese, among other delights. Starters include tuna tartare with guacamole, cep mushroom lasagne and amberjack ceviche. Located on Castellana, Luzi Bombón becomes a live-music bar on weekend nights.
