There is a daily menu and a group menu as well as international dishes made to order (Kobe raza Wagyu, Alaskan black salted cod, New Zealand oysters or Australian hamachi among others), all accompanied by Spanish and international wines. The menu includes rice with sautéed fresh mushrooms and eggs dressed with chopped truffles, Japanese dishes such as chicken uramaki, sushi, amki or yakitori brochettes, as well as others like "hot pot" (hot stew cooked to order) or salmon tartar.
