Near Santiago Bernabéu stadium in the Chamartín district we find El Tomillar, a tavern that offers an interesting repertoire of La Mancha recipes. Migas (breadcrumbs fried with garlic), gachas (similar to porridge), or tropezones (broken fried eggs with dices of ham), as well as a vast variety of paninis or La Mancha cheeses are just some of the products on the menu. The tiles on the walls remind us of Andalusia or La Mancha, making El Tomillar a pleasant, traditional and characteristic venue.
