Very near Plaza De Castilla, this Mediterranean-style restaurant offers contemporary cuisine, specialising in painstakingly prepared rice dishes.
The entrance to the restaurant is notable for its intense blue décor and tiles with maritime designs, a theme that can also be seen inside, where the decoration features nets and oars. The dishes focusing on rice in all its forms (dry, soupy or creamy) are the restaurant's star attraction. They include green paella with meatballs, Valencian paella with rabbit and snails, rice with lobster, and oven-baked rice. Other attractions on the menu include French partridge salad with chanterelle mushrooms, fresh steamed mussels, turbot in cava with muscat grapes, and monkfish in green sauce. Desserts include crème brûlée of wild blackberries with coffee-flavoured cream and pineapple ravioli filled with mango ice cream and accompanied by coconut foam.
