This restaurant, much like a box whose outward appearance is plain and simple, gives no indication of the surprising, unexpected and varied content that lies within. Iván Sáez offers an innovative culinary concept: recipes and combinations of flavours and textures that aim to desencajar (dislodge) diners from the familiar and to make sure they enjoy the experience.
Chicken fricassee becomes free-range chicken dim sum with glazed wings, ají limo chilli peppers and black garlic. The menu also features rice dishes, oxtail, and torrija de brioche (Brioche French toast) by Iván. Two surprise set menus are also available: Un viaje a la luna (Journey to the Moon) and Un viaje a la Tierra (Journey to the Earth).
