The cuisine prepared at the restaurant Compostela brings to Madrid the best Galician dishes with offers as attractive as rice with lobster, sole in Albariño wine, a host of seafood options and delicious cream filloas (crepes).
The restaurant has up to five different menus for celebrations or special events: the tapas menu (snacks and finger food), the Lugo menu, the Orense menu, the Coruña menu and the Pontevedra menu. Run by Jaime Rodríguez, the establishment opened in the Centre district -Calle Serrano Jover- in 1996 and has a bar area where customers can snack and a dining area where they can peacefully tuck into Galician delicacies.
