This restaurant has received over 15 gastronomy awards. Specialized in Galician cuisine, fish and seafood are its forte, such as the Combarro-style hake (the specialty), wild lamprey with sautéed potatoes and filloas crepes filled with crème or cream for dessert. The restaurant also features other exquisite Galician dishes on its menu, like their ham and turnip tops or the partridge-stuffed empanada.
There are currently two locations, one on calle Reina Mercedes and the other one, known as Sanxenxo, in the Salamanca neighbourhood. Both of them offer a luxurious atmosphere in which customers can enjoy produce from Galician fish markets and from their own salt-water tank.
