Casa Marco is a trattoria with no modernist pretentiousness, although it does boast good quality food and authenticity. There is no doubt that in this restaurant, opened by Marco di Tullio, the food will make you lick your fingers. It is a family-style eatery, like the ones you find in Italy, where the cuisine is the true star. We may be looking at the trattoria par excellence. A small place, but always full, where you can enjoy aubergine with grated parmesan or a beef ‘tagliata’. The raw materials, from the cured meats to the cheeses, are carefully selected, and we all know that no matter how good the presentation is the ingredients are what really matter.
